Will and the team have been hosting senior exec. media and advertising groups at the Tour de France since 2012. Rides on the race route, VIP hospitality, premium dining experiences and activities, boutique accommodation and more, all designed around Le Tour.

How it works
1. Brief:
We meet (in person, phone or video) to understand goals, budget, riding levels and the group.
2. Design:
We build the itinerary, routes and costing, and refine it with you until it's right.
3. Manage:
We book everything, then handle payments, changes and support from planning right through your trip.
4. Host:
Our team of hosts, guides and mechanic support are there with you throughout.
THE EXPERIENCE
Why ride with us
In 2026 Higher Ground was AusCycling's official tour partner for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships in Niseko, Japan. Will's experience since 2010 includes delivering cycling programs and events with SBS, Cycling Australia, Skoda and Flight Centre as well as managing the professional teams competing at the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race for three years.
E-bikes and road bikes, and custom route designs so everyone is part of the experience and finds the challenge that suits them.
