Blending modern design with the beauty of Hokkaido’s outdoors, it’s the perfect setting to unwind, recharge, and prepare for race day.

Each day begins with a nourishing breakfast, while your downtime is enhanced with complimentary access to the hotel’s onsen, sauna, and gym—ideal for recovery and relaxation. For those seeking an extra level of indulgence, the on-site spa offers a range of treatments* to help you feel your best throughout the week.

During the stay, competitors will have the option to join a course recon coach tour, and all guests will receive an event pack, have complimentary onsen, gym and sauna access, and enjoy the convenient shuttle service connecting the hotel, event hub, and Kutchan township.

Competitors may utilise the dedicated mechanic and massage services, however please note that these are located at the Team-AUS base hotel, Always Niseko. Bikes are unable to be transported on the shuttle service.

With in-room and ski-room bike storage options, plus on-site support throughout your stay, every detail is taken care of—so you can focus on performing at your best while enjoying a more tranquil, premium retreat setting.

*Team mechanic services are limited to on-site mechanical support for assembly, tuning, troubleshooting and base level repairs and maintenance. More complex repairs are subject to time available and the availability of parts (cost additional). Guests are recommended to bring their own spares such as hangers, chains, cables, tyres, tubes, bar tape, lube and the like as the mechanic is not able to carry the breadth of parts required for all different bike types, and bike shops in the area are quite limited.

**Sports Massage Therapist bookings will be available from 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm. A booking portal will be provided to attendees prior to the event to reserve a place. The cost per 45 minute session is 18,000 JPY (approx $165) and is payable direct. Further sessions may be added if required.
